Polish real estate agency in Spain GoSpain sells properties on the primary market in Spain. We sell properties on the coasts of Costa Blanca and Costa del Sol. The properties in our offer are checked by us both in terms of quality and legal aspects. Założycielką firmy jest Monika Ziółek, licencjonowana agentka nieruchomości w Hiszpanii.

We have two offices: one in Poland and one in Spain. We originate from Sopot, where one of our offices is located. In Spain, we are based in Alicante, the capital of the beautiful and sunny Costa Blanca coast.

We are a Polish certified estate agency. We provide full legal services to clients purchasing property in Spain through our agency, thanks to our cooperation with the renowned law firm Sun Lawyers, which specialises in Spanish property law.

  • Contact by telephone, preparation of an offer.

    Once your property purchase requirements have been established, our agent will prepare a personalised offer for you, in line with your criteria.

  • Booking and checking properties

    We check the property from a legal perspective. Then we sign a preliminary agreement, and the client pays a deposit or advance payment.

  • Obtaining documents (NIE, translations, etc.)

    Most of the formalities take place at this stage. We provide legal assistance and supervise the entire process to ensure that all the required documents are organised.

  • Completion of the transaction

    The final settlement of the purchase takes place, and we complete the formalities related to the collection, notarial deed and other documents.
